Performance features:

The dynamic constant-pressure asphalt mixture roller combines mechanical and electrical components. Compared to similar products, it features a compact design, high automation, strong functionality, and ease of operation. It maintains a constant test force throughout the rolling process. The machine has a wide temperature control range, high precision, and excellent stability, thanks to its PWM modulation for PID temperature control. The clamping mechanism for installing test molds is advanced, ensuring safe, reliable, and user-friendly operation. The trolley can be stopped at any position by pressing the stop button. The number of rolling cycles can be set arbitrarily, and the actual number of rolls can be recorded at any time. When the actual number of rolls reaches the preset value, the rolling process automatically stops. The roller temperature can be adjusted according to test requirements. Once the actual temperature reaches the set point, the heating stops automatically, and the actual temperature is accurately displayed.
