scope of application :
Axial pressure is continuously and uniformly applied to the specimens of inorganic binder stabilized materials until the maximum force they can withstand is reached. During loading, an axial displacement sensor located in the middle section of the cylindrical specimen measures the axial deformation of this section. The uniaxial compression modulus of the specimen is determined based on the linear range of the stress-strain curve during the initial loading stage. This method complies with JJ GD50's' Design Code for Asphalt Pavement of Highways' for the testing of uniaxial compression modulus of inorganic binder stabilized materials.
